It is. But, sadly it's not easy for everyone. I am 123 and 5'2 but i'm short and weight shows on me. When I gained a extra 15-20lbs my man at the time was supportive and wasn't mean about it and just made sure he cooked more and we worked out together. That's how you do it - not be mean.

She needs to lose weight. If there is one thing I agree with the coli about is the excessive weight of black /biracial women. Although many carry our weight presumably welll, there's no excuse for obesity. It's in nobody 's DNA to carry the weight of 2+ women. Saw too many obese bw wasting their potential in Brooklyn and the tattoos :scust:what a waste of pretty.
