Nicks is nice and makes plays when he is healthy but Dez is already just as good and has a higher ceiling than him. I see why some would put Hakeem over him because of Nicks performance in the playoffs but I have no doubt that Dez could do the same thing if he's ever given the opportunity.

Dez was putting up better numbers and similar production to nicks when he didn't even know the plays. Dez is more explosive and a better possession receiver
