For those interested in romanian deadlifts, it is VITAL to understand the movement. The thought process is different than with any other type of deadlift. Definitely watch this video
CLIFF NOTES:
- DO NOT let the weight dangle, use your lats to pin the weight against your legs
- the bar should NEVER leave contact with your legs.
- Do not lock your knees
- All you're basically doing is pushing your ass out as far as you can
- Depth is not the goal, so don't go down too far thinking it's better.
