i see what you are saying here. i don't think you ever had a call center job before maybe that is why i posted that comment. i feel that pain that you are going through including other posters on this forum. this should not stop you from achieving your goals. get a better job and step up for your game in the education department ie get a degree or something. IT certs? i worked for places where they dumb you down but a job is a job. in the hotel industry, you have to deal with a whole lot of shyt but you still have to be that nice guy.

he was stressed out and beaten down from the mistreatment, and seeing a racist a$$hole cac and his slaveplay bedwench fukking with him , that was the last straw.....actually dude is a gentlemen, because if that was me, in one of my emotional about to snap days...a fight wouldve broken out.....i almost choked my female manager one time....i was at my limited and just walked out and reported to HR....but i was close to blacking out...and i got scared about what was about to take place
