She unfunny as fukk

to be fair, of course it grows when people blow up, more people know you and notice you. i think i half remember her in random shyt form further back, but i aint really know her know her or notice her until girls trip (i was a late comer to the charmichael show)...I find it hilarious how shyt like this happens.. I haven't seen people hate on her but it wouldn't surprise me if it's happening. Tiffany Haddish is literally the same person now that she was before she blew up. I mean she ain't that funny to me but I like her because she reminds me of plenty women that I know.. She's kinda overrated to me but it is what it is... People are really acting like she won't be dissed and forgotten in a couple years. I have to see her do something that Tiffany Haddish wouldn't do for me to think otherwise.
she's a one trick pony. she's likable and can be funny when given good material (charmichael show), but it's hard to be entertaining when you're one note. i'd like to see her try something different, like taraji when she stepped outside the ghetto roles in benjamin button and hidden figures, sometimes it's good to "break character".
like i said in another thread, in about 5 years, tiffany haddish is simply going to end up being the gen x jennifer lewis. she will be the go-to black woman for the "loud auntie" role. but as far as disliking her as a person, that's not warranted, but not being a fan of her comedy/the roles she plays, that's valid criticism.
Just like in the other thread. You pull shyt out your ass instead of checking facts before making statements.EDIT: There may be a carbon monoxide leak in my home as numerous poster have pointed out a statement was completely wrong. The monitors have been beeping in my house though
, might have to check that out
Acting like a ratchet is her shtick, promoting stereotypes. I suppose it's better her than people like cashmeoutside or whatever that lil bytch was
She had a tough life and now she's winning. Not a fan, but I'm not necessarily mad at it![]()

She wasn't raised in Eritrea. So her acknowledging her background doesn't change who she is based on where she grew up.I get were your coming from she make her money center her comedy around being a African American hood rat but when award or stuff like that come up she make sure to mention she also Eritrean even thou it not her Eritrean side that making her money or getting her movie or book deals is it something like that.
So she’s worth defending huh?We are a community of haters and she's a black female.

She trained under Richard Pryor... She's been putting in work...I find her to be entertaining not particularly "funny". However her brand of comedy (animated, loud, long-winded, brash, etc) is not really my cup of tea so I won't say she's not "funny" because clearly some people do find her funny she's just not for me. I would watch her in movies and tv shows (as long as the script is right but that should go without saying).
I think the reason why you may think people "hate" on her is because she seems to be getting forced down everyone's throats. And if we're to be honest the amount of work she's put in compared to the amount of media she's getting isn't really balanced. Then a lot of Beyonce fans aren't too happy about her putting all that Beyonce business out there.
