My girl is high up in the WNBA, we were talking about the significance of the 25 year mark for them next year, and it’s not off the table. The league has accepted people want a WNBA to exist but don’t want to support a WNBA, and that’s not realistic, especially after the year the NBA is having this year.
Could be I don't believe it though tbh we will look back in a few years but it's not that expensive for the nba to operate the wnba I don't see it going away.

How long are you supposed to sink a few million into something that doesn’t turn a profit and people have shown no appetite for - 25 years is a long ass time and audiences have shrunk? They have a good team working to try to make the league profitable, but it’s also a team that’s not above pulling the plug
