Young brother should furnish it and AirBnb it. Just realized on 2nd watch said he owned it for a few months.... that mortgage gone start hitting if he dont flip quick.

That's not a house you flip ... its your standard lower mid tier tract home down here ... I dunno what the market is like in Randolph but you don't buy a 300k tract home (which looks like either new construction or only 2yrs old tops because the trees are immature and it looks like fresh concrete )to "flip" within a couple months....

... unless you got the drop on a huge increase in revaluation on the horizon due to commercial interest and/or other market forces .there aren't too many upgrades you can do to that house at this point without running the risk of losing money considering what similar houses nearby are likely appraising and selling for.

But so many constitutional rights and county law enforcement policy violations in that video ...

Hard for me to believe shyt ain't staged ... did he say he was a real estate agent?

This took place in G-boro, triad nikkas know them cops stay on that bullshyt!!!!

I can't believe this shyt is real man ... Randolph county law enforcement can be kinda assertive with the speed traps and Shyt ... but no way would a law enforcement officer let someone get back in the car , follow someone back to the crib ... let them get out , enter the house ... man hell nah. ... they know each other . I don't believe this shyt.

That's why i can't live in the south anymore in certain counties especially in GA and NC blacks are not welcome yea you have a big house but best believe your cookouts will be heavily patrolled your kids will be harassed and don't think about drinking and driving at all cops will be sitting outside the bar waiting. Fuk that Cali all day over that bs shyt just makes me mad thinking about how many times i got stopped or my homies got stopped i actually got a crazy story

When I got my 2015 challenger really early last year (before everyone had one) I got hit with the same BS.

Pulled over in the white part of town at night as I was headed to the gym and asked if "This was my car" ran the plates and then told me I should probably go home.


I was like

So I was coming from the 757(Norfolk Virginia) to come to atlanta it was 4 of us in a brand new acura TL had to be like 2008 when this happened. So my homie his Uncle stay in Alpharetta GA if you ever been to ATL its the whitest part of metro atl where all the "wealthy" whites live. So anyway we go to his house on friday just to holla at his unc before we hit the city and leave. The next day which is saturday his unc call us and tell us that his wife cooked come thru so we make our way back over there as soon as we pull into the neighborhood we get pulled over by 3 COPS.

So first question they ask white cop is "are you lost I'm sure you don't live here"
before my homie could answer the black cop "get y'all azz out the car I know its drugs in here"

He was right we had a nickel bag of weed in my homie suitcase so they yank us out the car and he ask is there any illegal weapons in the car we tell him naw breh we just coming to see his uncle and we point at the house.
Black cop "shut up we know y'all moving weight we searching the car"
So they tear my homie car up I'm talking ripping out the floor mats pulling speaker wire out and they find a gun
Black cop turns to my homie " Didnt i ask you if it was any guns in the car"
Homie "No sir you asked me was it any illegal guns in the car"
Black cop "you know what the hell I meant"
He throw all of us in 3 separate cars in the backseat and turns the heat on its July brehs
They take his gun and break it all the way down I'm talking to the firing pin all you can hear is the black cop screaming I KNOW THEY GOT MORE SHYT I'M LOOKING FOR THE BIG BUST. This go on about a hour skin sticking to the seat of the cop car so they finally let us out and this is the kicker of the whole story white cop came over and said
"We saw y'all yesterday with those VA plates and we said to ourselves if we see them again we pulling them over"

Cliffs homies went to ATL we had VA plates homie uncle stayed in nice part of town cop harass us for being in white neighborhood.
PS they didnt put my homie gun back together they slapped the parts on the ground and the firing pin was missing FUK the south

This funny to me cause for 1. Cops don't let you drive your car if they have suspicion 2. Cop job was not to physically verify residence 3. y'all seen nikkaz shot for far less but these 2 cats flexing like this aint America. 4. I wouldn't recommend copycat flexing like this for any nikka

No doubt ... excellent point on the foreclosure ... I wish I knew the name of the neighborhood . 10 months is waaaay too long ... if the market is that slow there he might as well do the AirBnB for a bit . Possibly rent .
