Wait Wait, If I got this right, He stopped him because he did not belong in the neighborhood

That sounds like an illegal stop to me.. and this guy actually took his time and effort to show this foolish cop why he belongs in the neighborhood.
That cop violated his civil rights and he had no clue. Worrying about flexin and not ur civil liberties brehs

.
i know what you're going for here, but thats not the way it works in a situation like that.
fakkit ass cops aint tryna hear no shyt about your civil rights. if the cop cared about their civil rights, he wouldnt have pulled them over in the first place.
the only way to deal with those kinds of cops is just how they did it. not get overly angry, regardless of how you feel inside. cause that kind of shyt is fukking infuriating.
you ever ask a cop for their badge number while they are mid-harassment?? they fukking flip their shyt. start making all kinds of threats and shyt.
breh went out of his way ten minutes, and he shouldnt have had to do that. but the alternative was to spend a couple hours and maybe a day or two in a cell.
civil liberties, false charges, unlawful arrest and all that shyt is LAWYER STUFF. that comes AFTER. so NOW dude can take this to a lawyer and see whats up. but not at that time, he handled it the best way he could right there.
