    Should I be doing calisthenics everyday?

    What do yall think :patrice: Regular weight lifting is annoying as fukk. Muscle progress is slow, and I don't feel strong with it. I can cut just fine, but bulking never works for me :francis: I read doing calisthenics everyday is helpful with this stuff. What do yall think?

    How do you keep/build muscle without gym?

    Any calisthenics routines for those without any pull up bar? The gym near me is closed for a couple weeks. I've been eating emough protein so my muscle has remained for the most part. What should I do to avoid losing strength or even build more muscle? Is doing a shyt ton of pushups, squats...
