Any calisthenics routines for those without any pull up bar? The gym near me is closed for a couple weeks.

I've been eating emough protein so my muscle has remained for the most part. What should I do to avoid losing strength or even build more muscle?

Is doing a shyt ton of pushups, squats, and ab workouts everyday good enough?

Without a pull-up bar, I just switch them out by putting a towel on the kitchen floor and pulling forward and pushing back using my lats.

This will really just keep you lean and increase stamina.

Even with three rounds it's not enough volume to build a substantial amount of muscle.

He can build muscle with just calisthenics.

Gonna take more than just three rounds tho

You can do push ups with your feet on a bench table to add resistance. The higher the object the more resistance you are adding. Also you can get pull up bars you hang in the door way. That's how I got started years back. Also, you need some dumbells with the adjustable weights. You can do numerous bicep and tricep exercises with that.

But bout the time you do all that the gym will be open. A couple weeks is nothing

Trap bar, weighted vest/belt and somewhere you can do pull ups.

Trap Bar - squat or deadlift variation + farmers walks..

Vest - weighted dips / pull ups / chins..
