tattoo

I'm looking to start doing tattoos. I've always been a good artist I want to see if I can transition into putting art on skin. I know drawing on paper and on skin is completely different but I wanna give it a shot. Anybody with experience have any advice?

Say you are going to get a wrist tat or something. Do you get it upside up so others can better view it or upside down for easier viewing for yourself?

Well that may be a tough one, so please be advised to spoiler stuff which can be NSFW (nudity, bloody stuff etc.) Mehndi design (mostly done in North Africa, India and East Asia), it's a plant that produce a dye which is used to tattoo on hands and feet most of the time. It's temporary.
