While people keep expecting Heyman and Bischoff to fix RAW and Smackdown, one of their biggest challenges is gonna be making the mid card matter again. WWE has managed to damage the IC title so much it’s pre-show status and the US title is almost a complete non-factor.

They sure have. If you’re not at the top of the card or doing some comedy, you’re irrelevant
