I live in a house for FREE, because it’s been in my family for 3 generations, and my sister didn’t think it was big enough for 2 kids. The school system is terrible too. But the point is, I can now purchase another home as an investment, thanks to my family OWNING this home, which is 10 minutes from the BEACH!

Im in the same position i told nikkas in another thread. When my family came here from Jamaica we have atwo family my family downstairs my uncled aunties cousins upstairs. PAid off. I own the house and live downstairs. The rent from upstairs is going towards paying down my second two family down which got two tenants already so I got good income, mortgage getting paid off fast and may buy 2 additional houses and hire a property management co

Bruh.. half of your response is just insults, which means your argument has no real value. Furthermore, I think I have made it perfectly clear I understand what is and isn’t for me. It’s written plainly in my response. Good advice always specifies who it is for. That’s part of what makes it “good.” Otherwise you risk people following your advice who shouldn’t. It’s a pretty simple concept. I’ll refrain from insulting you because it accomplishes nothing. Grammar and context make a sentence... you should revisit your sentence.

Still doesn’t make every home an investment.... not even close... home ownership is important for helping your seeds/grandkids start their financial future with a lot less stress if they choose to..... IMO.... I’m all for home ownership, just not down with mortgages like that

Recognizing an insult doesn’t mean that it makes me feel any type of way. If I was really bothered by it, don’t you think I would have responded with an insult? Furthermore, you asked me if I was stupid. That’s about as obvious as an insult as you can get. With that said, I don’t think I’m smarter than you. I don’t know you and using correct grammar doesn’t necessarily make you smart. But, if you want people to clearly understand what you’re saying, especially on a message board, grammar goes a long way. It’s the reason people rag on Art Barr so much. You could be making an excellent point, but if it’s incoherent (yours wasn’t that bad) it doesn’t get the point across.
