Why Yall ignore the 9/10 cents when Yall mention gas prices?

I just went on gasbuddy, and noticed that crude oil is only $43 a barrell. Mind you when gas was hovering at $2 and below $2 a little while ago, crude oil was selling for about $50 a barrell, so what in the fukk gives, and why are prices going up???

gas prices go up when they feel like raising the price , there ain't no formula. its just greed.
