Shelton was working with Lesnar and Angle, plus beating the Smackdown Six during a time when Smackdown was equalling and sometimes beating Raw in ratings. Shelton Benjamin wasn't some rookie nobody who Triple H made a name. Was it a moment? Absolutely. Did I lose my mind? Of course.

But then what happened?

Flair elevated Sting time and time again year after year.

Within like a month of this Shelton was putting over Orton?

Within a year of this he gets a long IC title run that leads to...Mama Shelton?
