Good thing is they move fairly quickly from match to match and there's not much break time. Of course some matches deserve longer time than others.

Not tryna argue, what number of matches do you think is good? I think 5 matches is too little but I agree that like 10 or more is too much

I think 7 or 8 is good

AEW has less PPVs so they're meant to be bigger than WWE shows, so yea maybe 7 or 8.

Its hard to stay interested for 5 hours. It works for Wrestlemania when they spend 3 months building the stories but when half the matches are kinda thrown together, its hard.

5 hours is a lot. I prefer around 3 hours... maybe 4 if it's an A-show.

But if I'm paying to go and you give me 3 hours, 5 matches and a bunch of ad breaks I'm gonna be tight

I'm just paying $40 or $50 to watch at home though, give me 3 and a half hrs maybe 4 of good entertainment that doesn't drag and I'm happy.

I wonder if the pre-show choice is an intentional "choose your adventure" type deal... if you like more promos and packages before the PPV you can hit YouTube but if you just want to maximise your in-ring action you can hit the Tailgate Brawl. :jbhmm:
