Hangman might actually make an appearance by the end of the night but they way they treat this dude as champion sucks. Tony books the show in a way that makes the world title feel on par or sometimes lesser than the rest of the programs and storylines on the show and that's got to change. Feel bad for Hangman because the narrative is that he's a boring world champion twice now but a lot of it is due to the fact that Tony doesn't give the main title the priority it needs to make it feel like a special program among the other things on the show.
