I got mixed feelings on AJ’s run, like he’s put on some great matches but I also feel like the WWE Championship doesn’t have much momentum at the moment, I just think that Joe winning to set up Joe vs Bryan would’ve brought some fresh air to the WWE Title scene. AJ/Bryan will still be a great match though.

Honestly since AJ didn't drop the belt to Joe I can imagine Style holding on to the belt til WrestleMania the question is who will they make him drop the belt to?

AJ Styles has spent nearly a year as WWE Champion and most of that reign has featured matches with Samoa Joe, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura.

If I told you nothing else, you'd assume this was an all-time great reign highlighted by matches.

But that's not the case. Creative meddled in shyt too much.

I agree it was time for some fresh air. Granted I came up in an era where title changes were on the table WEEKLY.

Someone, I think it was Stone Cold but I can't remember for sure, pointed that out. I adore Ember and that Eclipse looks awesome but she should come up with something less likely to have her needing that DDP yoga in the future. Maybe save the Eclipse for special occasions or something.

The Eclipse should be a super finisher, definitely. She needs a submission finisher.
