He has no credit cards and no known cellphone..he can't be tracked the usual way.
Probably no cctv footage of him anywhere, meaning he's laying low with an unknown close acquaintance or long left in a car as far as possible with assistance.
Getting into Latin America is possible, but I'd go to the Carribean so I can blend in easier.

Canada would be worse than staying in the states. It's mad cold expensive small population more regulation and less corrupt than america and for Black americans more racist.

Seriously everyone should have an escape plan just in case meaning a plan for a Katrina style event where you have to leave your location for weeks to months like say going to another city where you can stay with friends or a high limit credit card.

you could chance renting a 55 foot yacht with a twin engine and a good captain and a speed boat. That being said if you made it to the DR and went to say Mao you'd be good. Most other Islands are way too small to make this play.

Nicaragua works good because you could have some kind of flash ID (if dude has it) fed ex'ed to say Guatemala and cross back into Nic. But I wouldn't risk that for a couple of years.
