First, nobody in here is probably remotely close to being in a competitive market and even if they were like I said this could still be a building step thread on how to actually be jobless. I could see if we were talking about app ideas then you would have a point bc aint nobody going to drop how the app functions and idea. Second, there is money out there true, but trust and believe aint nobody on this site seeing that shyt like that. and thats not a hater comment but unless these nikkas got billionaire or hundred millionaire type families its not happening.

Let me give some examples of my first post and what I meant by that. You got dudes in here talking about how to flip parcels of land but no type of commentary on the process. You got nikkas talking about flipping houses in 2012 . You even got nikkas talking about junking/scrapping metal LOL that shyt aint making no money breh unless you doing it on a major level which takes capital.

Now thats why I made the comment. first, the amount of businesses out here that acutually can be started with little money is slim to not happening there is a difference in a hustle and a business. So how you getting money to start? Like does anybody know a lender letting start up business get a decent line of credit right now? Do you know a hedge fund manager or venture capitalist firm that can give you some start up cash to obtain the means to run your operation or take it to the next level ? Do you know a hard money lender that can help obtain land so you can flip it? shyt like this that doesnt get discussed have me looking at threads like these with the face.

So let me start by adding something lets say you cant get capital because its fukked up out here and you dont meet loan requirements and your not wealthy .file for a 501c3 non profit. its crazy how many people are caking off goverment grants

just look at this shyt Executive pay at Long Island nonprofits now thats one state and you see how them nikkaz are eating its like that in every state

You got 19 year olds sitting at their moms computer desk, never paying anything but maybe a cell phone, who prolly dont have any credit in their name, talking about they got it all figured out . I was killing lil man by just asking basic questions and dude resorted to typical your just hating rhetoric. Dude ducked all my questions with a quickness, they have no idea what they are saying. They think their is an easy way to get rich but no one else was smart enough to do it until them. They ignore all the basic questions about obtaining starting capital, proposing business models to investors/lenders, resources and manpower. Dude said he was gonna buy houses and fix them, I said what do you know about home repair? Electrical work? Plumbing? Drywall?
Hes jumping into the housing market in a BUYERS market, with no history or record, in a recession

I propose this questions to all the swagged out coli business owners who running that empire. Drop some links to your websites so we can support our coli brehs. Should get tons of replies since everyone has their own business running and getting paid while being that big boss chillen at home on the coli posting about how much women suck

The reason I responded to you like that is because that is what always happens in these threads.
1. Somebody posts up an article that is on some real shyt depending on how you look at it and what you choose to focus on
2. nikkas start saying it's bullshyt, while others say its the truth
3. Some nikkas start talking about what they doing but keep it vague as fukk
4. thread does numbers but nobody really gains anything from it
5. Wash rinse and repeat

Like I said in one of my earlier posts. The internet/technology angle is the easiest way to go, but even then that's not some sure bet cake walk

1. Real Estate cost too much to start up and the market been fukked, you can get a deal here and there but it's not a game for the novice
2. Scrap metal, I mean that's some shyt you do to get lil extra money to buy some beer etc..I didn't know dudes were really caking with that but hey

Everybody can't start with some major shyt. Sometimes you gotta start with small hustles and flip that to something larger. If you can't get a loan, Stack and save 15% of every paycheck you get for 6 months and try to fund a smaller hustle. There's way to do shyt. It's just some nikkas wanna be spoon fed everything. nikkas can drop game here all day and nikkas will find some way to discredit shyt.

Where are you getting the capital to start buying and fixing homes. You cant just put any home on section 8. Your going to have to deal with all the things I brought up to you. So on point my friend...this is what I was trying to get at yesterday, he is making it sound like it is so easy..everything he said was common knowledge, just like when he said section 8 a property and rent it...gauranteed money etc, but there is so much risk with section 8..government is paying state low average now with section 8 you cant just ask for say just 1200..tenants are messing places up, you cant just buy places FHA, so a big downpayment and it is also an investment property so 10-20% down, fixing, repairing etc..I had a few friends that got into this and said never again.. and just like the comment you made where do a man come up with these funds, he is going to need a nice amount of disposable income in the bank to start on even 2 properties. I am guessing since it is so easy he has at least 8-10 properties making a killing..

The OP is right.

I took the normal path, went to school, got an engineering degree, got a job and now at 27 I look at the office next to me and I see a guy 30 years older than me with a wife and kids trapped in his job. If i keep up this path that's going to be me.


Right now im stacking up cash but by the time I hit 30 I want to be free. I dont want to work for anyone. I get some cash from photography but I want to maybe get into real estate or something like that. Maybe my parents will buy me a house I can rent out lool.

A big part of people's problems w/working a job is the fact that they don't like/aren't good at what they do. So they live in fear and hate their jobs because of the power those jobs have over them. Like what you do, be good at what you do, the job won't be an albatross

When you have the comfort of knowing you can easily leave your job on your own terms w/o serious repercussion, shyt is a lot less stressful, but a lot of people don't put the time in to put themselves in that situation.
