Some of y'all are missing the point. The article didnt say you didnt have to "work" to make money its you dont have to get a job. They are two related but different things. Im 19 and Ive realized that I dont like the idea if having a job my damn self. Reason being is for alot of the reasons that article stated and then some. All my life Ive been conditioned to act a certain way and do this and do thaat, shyt just started to dawn on me that I personally dont even like the shyt Im doing. Not tryna sound condescending (how the t/s is responding to post) but the independent lifestyle of making money on you're own and being you're own boss is not for everybody, quite frankly I'd say its not for 80% of the population. The reason being is not every body has the foresight/intellect to see how you make money. The op says see an "inefficiency in a market and make it efficient". To many ppl reading this it sounds like a bunch of fluffly, bigwords, devoid of any meaning. But to me it says alot and I already know where it can be applied.
An example of an inefficiency that was capitalized and made efficient is seen with twitter and facebook. If you look at twitter all it realy does is take something you do on fb (status update) and expounds upon that. What was inefficient about the status update? Well for one if you made too many statuses in a certain amount o time you would anger many of your friends ("why he/she be making so many statuses"<-------this was said alot back on those days). Twitter allows a person to make as many "statuses" called tweets as they want. Another inefficiency, there wasnt a cap to how long your status could be ("why he/she statuses be so long?"<-----complaint was said alot back then as well). Twitter puts a 160 character limit to your "statuses" now called "tweets". Status updates also couldnt be shared by a friend to their friends, now done with the retweet. Anyways thats just an example. Take what you want from it, I suppose

then, on public transpo for four hours if need be.
to work a wage job, if you have no degree.

chances of you having what negatively happened to me in the corporate world are few and far between.
yet the success i had can be attained if you actually get off your lazy lolly gagg'n ass and go find a job,..any job with some upside and work.
motherfukkers talk about me typing long posts.
yet,..real talk my typing ability is what eventually made me produce a 10k salary monthly check, 83oo after taxes. including with a health/dental, paid carnote, travel, cellie, parking space etc.
all because i went to fukking work and was allowed to he active.
now,..i admit there is no affirmative action.
yet and still if you are 19 and or twenty, with no fukking degree
,..you need to be trying to get hired and work your weak ass up, for real.
i would give the world to be back in corporate america, and happy.
i could make records, tour on weekends, fund my skate company, live in a better house, maybe even gain custody of my daughter.
as a matter of fact,..i would never have had a bm of the lowlife type if i had my career.
just for starters,....
get out and try to get a job,..bully somebody for a great iob if you got to,...
