Where in PG, most places in PG that all close to DC are hood. I just left the hood in Louisiana. Fukk the hood, especially a hood i didn't grow up in. I am considering Silver Spring (still a bad commute to SouthEast). Might grab a Studio at the Harbor. I'm not trying to live in Upper Marlboro or Columbia. I would go to Alexandria, Arlington, but my women in Maryland.

🧐 You need to do more askin instead of tellin my boy. All of PG isn’t hood. There’s a neighborhood called Woodmore that is a new hub for black professionals.

There’s a lot of variables to determine where you’d want to live tho. Whether you buying or renting etc. I damn sure wouldn’t base it on women or even A woman.

And if you’re gonna throw money away at a high price condo you want the new wharf, not the harbor. Not only is it more poppin it’s also city-connected/accessible (metro) while national harbor isnt. And a national harbor condo is actually in Maryland, not dc, meaning you’re gonna pay those ridiculous PG taxes on top of an already inflated price. (If you’re buying)

Sit in 2 hours of traffic daily, just to saving 200$ per month??:scust:
Who’s gonna tell him?

You can live in DC proper and still have a 30-45 minute commute. You can live in Arlington, Alexandria, some parts of PG, and have a 20 minute commute by train.

Again it’s a lot of variables including where exactly you work, do you want a city walkable life, etc. You turning your nose at the suburbs of dc but said you gon get a condo at national harbor—- that’s not even in dc bruh lol And it’s the most non-walkable walkable place ever. You can’t even walk to the MGM National Harbor FROM national harbor 😂 The non-mgm side of national harbor ain’t what you want. Thats where you take bae out for some ice cream. Be out there with families, couples, and tourists and no bytches

DC is basically at NYC prices. It doesn't make sense. Alot of these apartment buildings going for $2k to $3k a month.

I just pray that madness never comes to the Philly area or by the time it does, I already have my house.

I’m guessing after deductions and he’s putting a higher percentage in his 401k / roth.

Also just looked it up.

Six figures in Florida is way more than six figures in DC :wow:

Almost a $300 more per check

When I got my first check in Florida I had to make sure it was right. I felt like damn near ZERO taxes were taken out, in comparison to Pennsylvania
