700,000 people left NYS in the last 3 years - we actually lost representation in the electoral college not to mention the billions of dollars of tax revenue lost due to that 700,000 person exodus.
The United States has NEVER done anything for lofty humanitarian purposes, there's always an ulterior motive. Allowing these migrants in is state government's band-aid answer. The fact is, there are so many crappy jobs that need to be filled and this serves that need. Especially home health aides, for our aging population (not saying home health aide is a crappy job though).

I don't see them that way. This might be one of the greatest opportunities America has seen in the last two decades to make a quick buck. Black people should earnestly chip in to help them.
You need to view this the way white people view it. For example, Do you know how white people view black people going to jail as money in the bank for them? Do you know how they shamelessly profit from private prisons? How they use Private safe houses/ halfway houses, how they profit from various charities aimed at reintegrating black people from the prison system? How white land lords and and private equity firms collect govt subsidies like the federal housing vouchers? Are you aware of how much money police departments can scam from their constituents by using black people as a boogeyman?
Why do I raise this point? Because these migrants will be a similar source of revenue from the federal and state govts to the populace. Rather than chasing them away, it would behoove black people to be on the right side of this economic opportunity.
-Think of the contracts that will go out to build holding Chambers for them. Black contractors, electricians, plumbers can eat .
-Think of the federal dollars which will be cut for outreach workers to them. Our army of black female social workers can eat.
-think think of the integration services which the department of workforce services, Homeland security, and USCIS will need.
-Think of the food that must be contracted to feed these people. Imagine a black newyork restaurant getting the gigantic contract to feed them .
-imagine a black church giving them citizenship integration courses or ESOL courses.
See what I mean? By chasing them away you are low-key chasing away a meal from your own table. I guarantee your white counterparts will take advantage of the billions of dollars which will be made available here.
