Going on a low carb high protein diet, so lots of chicken, fish and veg and fruit. Will only have carbs on days I am going to the gym and require that energy.
How much you weigh now and what's your new weight goal?

How to eat clean? Help
1. no sugar (Meaning sweet shyt, dont lump carbs from whole foods like rice, potatoes and beans with things that contain alotta fructose like candy, fruit juices and cakes and sodas

2. very low fat - keep fatty meat to a bare minimal and completely cut out deep fried foods as it is drenched inside and out with fat.

Gym section is where this should probably be but I digress.

Didn’t watch the video, just saw thumbnails. (Assuming natty)
Not really anything spectacular to be honest. Could’ve done that in 30 days. Anybody can get fit. Motivation should be taking care of your body and health not looking at other people do it.

Additionally, those asking about diet and being lean; you can get way more protein eating vegetables as opposed to dead meat. meat in general lacks nutritional value. I’m not saying go vegan but you can obtain more protein (which is the only reason anybody gives for consuming meat products).

If you eat bacon just keep it to no more than 3 strips generally speaking...

you cant just be eating super fat laden meals all day and expect to lose weight..bacon for breakfast is cool but watch them portions. you other meals need to be very low in fat and higher in fibrous and/or starchy carbs for performance and recovery, far as low fat protein sources of meat like chicken breast and turkey is concerned. the body doesnt require that much protein despite what body builders and shyt say. Their size is the result of taking insulin shots, shoveling hordes of food in their mouth to avoid going into shock as the result of said insulin shots and steroids.

The avergage person doesnt need to eat half a bird or pig a day.. just a little can go a long way,

I gotta cut out sugar.

I've been doing oatmeal every morning, sometimes a hard boiled egg with the oatmeal.

I've been using trail mix as a snack instead of sandwiches. Damn at one point I was having 5-8 sandwiches a day, all that damn bread was killing me, smh.

What other breakfast ideas y'all got?

Diet is 90% of general fitness and health. You don't need to step foot in a gym if you eat right.

A lot of people know how to eat right but they choose not too. It's not always the easy choice this why people generally eat bad.

A lot of people can kill it in the gym. People think their workouts aren't working out because they don't see results. If you compile Killin it in the gym with eating healthy your looks will skyrocket.

Between maintaining healthy eating and killing it in the gym people tend to taper off. Might be good for 3 months then :shaq2:.

Most programs will give you the info of how to get there but then once your there is like :yeshrug: what now? How do I maintain?

Being fit, in shape and eating right, exercising isn't a 3 month, 6 month, 6 week deal. It's a lifelong commitment. When you look at it like that it's very overwhelming. Most people struggle finding the time of day to eat right or workout let alone do both, and if you try to plan it out for the rest of your life good luck, it's tough. So they just give up.

You gotta take it one day at a time and focus on 100% completion today. Then when tomorrow comes focus on doing it again.

Itll become natural and routine. You'll learn how and when to give yourself breaks, rest, cheat meals etc.

Another hard part for people is just getting started. They do wayyyy too much prep work. Just start. Walk in to the gym, today. Put your phone down or laptop down and do 50 Push-ups NOW. Do 75 bodysquats now! No "imma start tomorrow" no "imma wait til Monday so I can do it Monday, Wednesday, Friday. NOW! No " I gotta buy protein powder or vitamins" NOW! No "I gotta buy weights, or a membership" NOW!

Turn "No" into "NOW!"

Good for you, not everyone has those circumstances
I eat mostly healthy homecooked meals besides for the candy. A lotta white rice and chicken, turkey, etc.

I mainly eat candy when I'm hungry in between meals.

Never had to force myself to eat, only eat when I'm hungry or a little bit before a workout and I put on muscle no issue.

But I'm also killing it in the gym and doing workouts like this:

Also play basketball everyday for at least 2 hours by myself and pickup. And I'm a lifetime natural, don't take preworkout, postworkouts, shakes, proteins supplements, none of that.
