Diet is 90% of general fitness and health. You don't need to step foot in a gym if you eat right.

A lot of people know how to eat right but they choose not too. It's not always the easy choice this why people generally eat bad.

A lot of people can kill it in the gym. People think their workouts aren't working out because they don't see results. If you compile Killin it in the gym with eating healthy your looks will skyrocket.

Between maintaining healthy eating and killing it in the gym people tend to taper off. Might be good for 3 months then :shaq2:.

Most programs will give you the info of how to get there but then once your there is like :yeshrug: what now? How do I maintain?

Being fit, in shape and eating right, exercising isn't a 3 month, 6 month, 6 week deal. It's a lifelong commitment. When you look at it like that it's very overwhelming. Most people struggle finding the time of day to eat right or workout let alone do both, and if you try to plan it out for the rest of your life good luck, it's tough. So they just give up.

You gotta take it one day at a time and focus on 100% completion today. Then when tomorrow comes focus on doing it again.

Itll become natural and routine. You'll learn how and when to give yourself breaks, rest, cheat meals etc.

Another hard part for people is just getting started. They do wayyyy too much prep work. Just start. Walk in to the gym, today. Put your phone down or laptop down and do 50 Push-ups NOW. Do 75 bodysquats now! No "imma start tomorrow" no "imma wait til Monday so I can do it Monday, Wednesday, Friday. NOW! No " I gotta buy protein powder or vitamins" NOW! No "I gotta buy weights, or a membership" NOW!

Turn "No" into "NOW!"
There are so many free workouts online I don't know how one can get truly bored of exercise within the first 2-3 years.. and then even after that you probably haven't scratched the surface of all the different types of workouts there are.

I see the weight room as a battle to go hard, fight through the pain and push. I go in there focused, don't talk to nobody unless i'm on a break between sets, and put in work. People that lolly gag ain't as focused and disciplined to show up week in and out.

A lot of the 'miracle transformations" are bullshyt. Some personal trainer will pig out for a month or 2 and pack on weight then go back to his normal routine. You can tell from his before pics he already had a lot of conditioning.
gotta also add in muscle memory, steroids, lighting, photoshop, angles, a tan, makeup, etc

Looking at the guy it looks like he was training before and just slacked off for a bit.

I'd be more impressed if he hadn't been in the gym for years rather than a few months.

seriously, that guy is a false advertiser. He obviously let himself go while previously having muscle memory. NO ONE can go from that to THAT in 100 days if you do not have the muscle memory. Even with all the steroids in the world and changing your diet and exercise regimen to perfection. fukk this guy for giving these ignorant out of shape people that false reality. It takes longer than 3 months to get like that for the average person with little fitness experience. try a few YEARS.

I legit eat what I want and eat more candy than the average person should.. and I just kill it in the gym and look good.

I don't count carbs or nothing like that.
May look good on the outside now but internally you are wearing body down. Look up the effects high amounts of sugar has on your body.

Trust me.. I know.

I also do a lot of detoxes and eat mostly clean outside of the candy.

Thank goodness I'm not addicted or at least THAT addicted.

When i was vegan I went two years without touching a single piece of candy or processed food.
