Look at the hoops you are jumping through to try and justify your argument? If you got to bring up shooting people and 18 wheelers...then you are probably pretty fukking wrong in what you are trying to argue

Yeah the flu hasn’t been on tv the same but if it was same shyt would happen so that’s why the it didn’t do this that and the other doesn’t apply since it wasn’t all up on the tv screen. You tell people about how many people die from the flu and have it on tv just like this and see if you don’t get the same response.a lot of people won't be informed enough to rattle off numbers regarding this virus but people can extrapolate info from other sources to come to the same conclusion. like I mentioned before the flu hasn't caused the problems we're seeing in our healthcare system and that should give any person pause.
even if there was zero news about the coronavirus, it wouldn't change the fact that ICU beds are being filled at an alarming rate and hospitals are experiencing a shortage in ventilators. in fact inaction would have made the problem worse faster. social distancing and quarantine is being done so that our institutions can buy time to catchup and prepare for significantly more medical patients.

What you posted doesn’t take away from what I posted you do know that? If the flu was on tv using the same numbers and trackers and the like folks would be running up to the hospital more too. You think folks don’t get scared when they see things on tv? Heck that’s why a lot of people look up every little ache online and spook themselves out. I’m not saying this shyt don’t exist but I truly think this is just some flu type thing for most instead of some killer virus. Heck even the people y’all want to believe say as much so I don’t see where I’m being to crazy saying some of this hysteria is from the coverage in the media.
