Some recent exemplary stanning
Stanning Keith Murray--
in a thread about how great he could've been had he made a few minor strategic artistic changes:
Toned down the abstraction that had dudes like

and just kept it to real sh1t, would he have been top 5 dead or alive? He had all the tools - charisma, mic presence, flow etc.
Basically if I stood 5 inches taller, weighed 20 pounds heavier, jumped 2 feet higher, ran faster, had an unstoppable fadeaway, employed as effective a ball fake, and was one of the most clutch players ever, could I have been Michael Jordan?

According to Gallo, absolutely yes...there's still hope!
Stanning Weezy--
in a thread discussing Weezy's recent legitimate, or illegitimate, foray into skating:
tunechi finna save skateboarding the same way he saved hip-hop
this generation's 2pac and tony hawk at the same damn time

we winnin

Weezy's rep would be half what it is if not for the online efforts of charmander. This is greatness y'all. Take notes.
Stanning Kanye--
in a thread about Nas's Metacritic rating for LIG:
MBDTF is 94 based on 40 critics
Textbook stanning. In a thread praising Nas's recent album, LIG, Capitol randomly brings up Kanye's Metacritic rating for MBDTF, which just so happens to be much higher than Nas's LIG Metacritic rating for LIG as a way to boost Kanye. Well done.
Stanning Nas--
in a thread about Nas's Metacritic rating for LIG:
I don't know what or who a Metacritic is but if this 81 is on a scale of 100 then they are discredited to me as a reputable record reviewer. Everyone i know who knows true hip hop and listens to lyrics has told me they love this album and everyone has a different favorite track. I'm not the biggest fan of The Don myself. I don't like the beat as much as other people but somewhere their is a 40 year old dude jamming to that shyt remembering the 90's when rap was raw. So i can't hate on it, it's just not one of my prefered tracks. But overall this album is at least a 95-97 on a scale of 100.
So an 81 on the Metacritic scale is a great rating--crossing the threshold for universal acclaim; basicaly everybody thinks this is a good album. Not good enough for Reggie. Reggie says LIG is at least 95-97...on a scale of 100. At best this shyt gotta be 125, right, Reggie?
Stanning Kendrick Lamar--
in a thread about stanning Kendrick Lamar:

Colilluminati creates a quote of words Lupe never said himself. Don't even ask my how.

And he refers to Lupe as Luperry seemingly as a way to shyt on Lupe. Nice.
