10k steps per day.

I've been averaging 11K the past week or so. I'm getting more burn out of my apple watch since this thread started. I, too, want to better track my steps. I toss my phone in a locker when I'm at work so I can focus but I lose out on a lot of steps.

Bout to have me in the office with two watches :pachaha:

Is this for weight loss, heart endurance, cholesterol, or something else?
He mentioned that it was for general health. I walk for similar reasons but more so mental health. I work from home and sometimes I might go hours just staring at the screen so I use 15-30 minute walks throughout the day to give myself a break and just get outside. It helps me stay right both physically and mentally.

General health + mental health. General health part is my cholesterol blood work came in high across all levels for the first time (I get tested yearly), here when I hit 90 days of 10k steps I will be testing again and posting the results here.

Mental health just setting a goal for my and doing it, I honestly didn't think I would make it 2 weeks doing this not to mention where I'm at now and yea I know it's just "walking" but it's like a routine for me I get my 10k 7 days a week so far no matter what, sick tired hungover get the 10k.
