I just started walking again. Not at 10k steps yet. I definitely feel better though. It’s hard when you work from home. I should be at 10k a day by the end of next week.
For the month of May, I made it a point to do 10k steps a day (with 12 glasses of water/ 3/4 gallon a day) and eating healthier. In June I'm planning on 12.5k steps away (with 14 glasses of water).
