There are a number of easy fixes for that. Alicia is so scared of Asuka she doesn't want her on the team... or Alicia picks Asuka but tries to boss her around and gets her head kicked off and Asuka walks out....

Either way, you can do a match between the two next month or whenever and let Asuka squash.

Second option would be best. Asuka walks out, Dana Brooke comes in as her replacement. Following, Dana challenges Asuka to prove she should have been on the team to begin with, and you flip that into some kind of Alicia and Dana/Asuka feud.
