After the mid 2000s New White people didn't want to move to MD, and VA after University. And same with influx off Tech and government working whites post 2010.

It depends on perspective I had a yard and really really don´t want to live in a house without a yard, You can get that in some areas in DC but obviously it´s pretty much the norm in MD and VA

I don’t blame him, if you take in the low vibrational aspects of the city it’ll suck. There’s some amazing things going on in town. With that said, there are certain flaws that still need work.

Case in point, Baltimore is arguably a way better food city than DC and for all the spots all we got was overpriced shyt and rats everywhere.

I keep telling these nikkaz that Baltimore got some of the best food in the country. Ive been seeing a lot of people there for CIAA talking how good the food is in Baltimore.
