If that was your mom or your brother or your son on that bike they did that to, I seriously doubt you'd be saying this. If that was someone you loved, you'd want them fried.
a lot of these candy ass liberals take it too far with coddling criminals

this isn't some kid being railroaded by a corrupt justice system for selling a little weed. they gleefully ran over a guy on his bike, with the intention of maiming or killing him. kids did the same thing here in vegas last year. i couldn't care less if these kids never join society again :camby:

not necessarily the kids not driving, but DEFINITELY the driver

Just from that small piece of video, I don't think you charge the 11-year-old for murder here. There was the driver and then the instigator recording who were 13 and 15, I may be wrong, but the 11-year-old wasn't driving and wasn't the one encouraging the driver to hit the guy. Charge the other two but the 11-year-old should get charged with lesser charges.
Accessory to murder us still a heavy charge

yes

They deserve full rehabilitation—but let’s be honest, America isn’t built on rehabilitation. It’s built on punishment. The system isn’t interested in restoring lives; it’s obsessed with retribution, especially when it comes to youth who make mistakes.Yes, these kids are immature and underdeveloped—like all kids are. That’s not a moral failing, it’s biology. But that doesn’t mean they should skate by without consequences. Accountability matters. What doesn’t make sense is throwing them into adult prisons, as if that’s some kind of solution. All that does is fast-track their descent into permanent failure—a trajectory their parents may have already set in motion.Adult prison isn’t justice. It’s a sentence to lifelong dysfunction, handed down to children who haven’t even had a chance to grow. If the goal is to break them completely, congratulations—mission accomplished.
At least one of these kids has priors. Lock him up for life.

SMH at these kids ruining their lives before they even had a chance to experience it.

Watched this on one of those YT crime shows earlier today at work. I’m not usually for charging kids younger than 16 as adults but all of them are clear dangers to society. The shyt on that 11 year olds instagram was absolutely insane. Some of these states need to take it a step further and charge parents with accessory or child endangerment at the very least.

What you will end up having is a lot of bad ass kids in welfare system. Cause you cannot expect parent to control a preteen and not inflict violence against them to cull their behavior...CPS will get involved and charge ya ass for disciplining them harshly, even if warranted.

So the end result will be Parents giving up guardianship and signing them over to the state.

I've had family members murdered so not sure why you think I still would be ok with giving a 11 year old life in prison
