Just from that small piece of video, I don't think you charge the 11-year-old for murder here. There was the driver and then the instigator recording who were 13 and 15, I may be wrong, but the 11-year-old wasn't driving and wasn't the one encouraging the driver to hit the guy. Charge the other two but the 11-year-old should get charged with lesser charges.

The shyt on that 11 year olds instagram was absolutely insane. Some of these states need to take it a step further and charge parents with accessory or child endangerment at the very least.

What you will end up having is a lot of bad ass kids in welfare system. Cause you cannot expect parent to control a preteen and not inflict violence against them to cull their behavior...CPS will get involved and charge ya ass for disciplining them harshly, even if warranted.

So the end result will be Parents giving up guardianship and signing them over to the state.
