one thing that was wild about this album is i was in the clubs heavy.when this shyt came out i swear the dj would play the whole damn album as a set and mufukkas used to be just rocking to it on the dance floor

i vividly remember this as being possibly the biggest lowering-of-the-bar moment. people need to stop calling that chit a classic.
it was a hot of-the-moment album. but its nothing classic about it. HYPE OVER QUALITY.
i had their mixtapes in heavier rotation than the album.
alot of early 2000s music has aged like a caucasian crakkhead.
this album was really mid-2000s tho. but the point still stands cuz that era is prolly gonna age worse. the mainstream stuff at least.

theres 3 rappers on aftermath alone that have albums that are more overrated. at least 50 cent actually had cultural impact with this joint, unlike the other cats.
thats because 90% of the stuff out now isnt gonna have a chance to age at all.

i think the very first saw cd or rather tape
i bought was tribe's people's instinctive travels and the paths of rhythm 
but my older sister stayed with the latest tapes and all so i never really had to buy tapes, i would just make copies of the original of what she already had

I tend to listen to 50 a lot.......I'm a bit more aggressive tho. I like violent/raw rap and for working out this (as well as his mixtapes, the gunit album & the get rich or die trying soundtrack does it for me)
