Bethesda is fukking nice. People always talk about Potomac but Bethesda is where I’d be if money was no object. With that said, $12K is ridiculous smh. You can get a beautiful townhouse in Georgetown for that price.

Now this is finally one where Im like nah. The finishes in the bathrooms are basic AF, and for that I want a high rise - like 25th floor or higher - and amazing skyline views. If you gonna spend that, at least go to DC proper
