Year after year people where saying "Iwata needs to step down, there need a business man as a new president not a game developer and then Nintendo will get better."
Now Iwata is dead, they got their business man and same shyt is STILL happening.
Nintendo's problems go deeper than just one man, the y̶a̶k̶u̶z̶a̶ ̶ suits above him call the shots and have the final words. The entirety of Kyoto, where the company is based, is ultra conservative and live in their own bubble outside of the world.

I initially thought that Zelda muthafukka Shigeru Miyamoto was gonna take over... Instead we got this no name muthafukka who doesnt want to evolve and stay focused on this gimmicky bullshyt, but as long as nintendo makes tons of money in japan what incentive is there to change and be a powerhouse MORE than what they are... The fukk DS's make tons of money on their own, Pokemon makes ton of revenue on it's own... I mean they are not hungry to prove themselves to the outside world. it's sad because we as gamers have grown with the times they have not...

COD has shown up on every Nintendo platform since the gamecube, it's not exactly
an unreasonable expectaton in 2017 unless of course it's a suped TX1 which itself is two years
old. Even then ps360 saw compromised versions of BOIII and AW, the Switch might see some gimped
version in the future or maybe an exclusive side story if it takes off.
