Started 3 days ago and whatever excess belly fat I had is already pretty much gone

If I want a 6 pack should I continue this or ramp it up?

If all your excess belly fat was gone you would have a 6 pack

So no, 150 crunches a day won't do shyt.

that's a big myth I see you neggas throw in here that I completely disagree with. Yes,150 crunches will helpbut with a calorie deficit diet, his abs will be showing.

As long as OP doesn't doabs every day

Do it like 4 times/week

You can do it 6 times/week but do other things that are secondary to abs like squats, pushups, pullups and you should be good

If u wanted a 6 pack but could only choose between doing crunches or doing diet, which one would you choose?

both. Abs are not made only in the kitchen. Good diet makes you lose weight and bodyfat, yes. Your abs won't look strong if you don't target them hard.

Abs are made in the kitchen is a myth. Everything needs the kitchen, whether you're losing or gaining weight/muscle. You still gotta hit the gym

If you have a strong core you dont need to hit abs for a 6 pack. Plenty of brehs dont do ab work but have 6 packs. Hitting them might make them pop a little more, but hitting them is not the difference between a 6 pack and nothing. And abs are like any other muscle... you dont get big biceps by curling 2lb weights 150 times, you have to hit em with some real load. OP is trolling anyway so whatever.

I'm really givin up the game but, what I do is play 5 minute songs and do very concentrated crunches with a tiny range of motion. It's like if you were planking and doing crunches at the same time since both principles apply. That shyt gets you results and it don't take much time to do. Form is key.

It will give you a 6 pack, but without a proper diet it won't show through the fat

No, but 300-400 might. Nothing wrong with doing crunches everyday. Add some planks, leg raises, and bicycles to that 150 and check back in a week
