150k in NY and you will be living basically in a shyt neighborhood far away from the subways, people don't realize even if you live in the suburbs of Brooklyn, you are paying 3000-3500/mo in rent to live somewhere decent plus NYC taxes are insane. 8.5% tax minimum plus the state taxes are high and gentrification is only making things worse. Take the 75k and live somewhere else.

Theres a large section of my yard where I cant see my neighbors

I been to your precious city a thousand times. I was in NYC twice in the past 60 days alone I'm not amazed by it anymore. It's crowded, dirty and too expensive. I wish I would pay $3000, $4000 for a fukking apartment.
