What's lacking is a black elite class who leads by example, in large numbers. It's not that black men aren't attractive to other races it's the STIGMA, the STIGMA dude perpetuate day in and day out. Dating and breeding with whites is worse than getting a foriegn black woman. You can still make black kids with a foriegn black chick and pass down your wealth to the black race.
