That's not true at all. Emancipated minor comes into play. You can enter into a contract with a person under 18.






Plus NDA can be signed before 18 and is only enforceable at 18. To be in effect immediately a guardian can co sign. Someone under 18 can break the contract...but the day they turn 18 it's too late.

And reading this post again, your post even speaks to how irrelevant an NDA would be. If she's excited just to be included, what would be the purpose of an NDA?

And more to the point, she's an influencer. These people are groomed into these situations and that's the disgusting part of Hollywood. A lot of them start their careers as IG models and even the modeling agents that book them for work are doing sick acts or getting the models to perform sick acts. Most if not all of these horror stories have nothing to do with paper work and everything to do with selling a dream and because they fear losing that dream, they keep silent until they reach a breaking point and tell someone about it.

Naw breh a NDA signed by 16 year old will not be enforceable. A minor doesn’t have the capacity to contract. Don‘t even think about doing that shyt.

An emancipated minor is very rare but even in cases they’re still certain things they can’t contract to do on their own.
