Played the original, was even at the top of the Leaderboard for a little, y'all in here arguing graphics when gameplay, if they keep it close to the original or enhance it, is where this game shined.

Honestly none of this would matter if phantom dust reboot hadn't been cancelled. People wouldn't be talking as much about it.
I don't see much hate for voodoo vince remastered,maybe I missed it. Because it didn't have any drama surrounding it.
Either way,I don't know what people were expecting,it's an OG xbox game. Of course it's not going to be comparable to modern games.
Is it fun to play? Does the gameplay hold up? That's more important.
I actually think it's really cool Phil has been trying to push these obscure xbox games like this. These aren't going to sell systems but they are cool to appeal to hardcore gamers,something Microsoft needs to do more of.

from what i hear Microsoft was asking Plat to do some shyt that would not work on the Xbox one, and they wanted them to find a way to make it work

Never played the original, but seems like it was well ahead of its time in doing a lot of the things that are very popular now.
Card packs, multiplayer combat, strategic customization.
Done right could be the new overwatch.
