Of course there was ratchet, but not nearly at this level. 1st off there weren't as many single parent homes, men were fluent in the neighborhoods. So out of line people were getting checked more. I saw my dad punch a boy in the chest for acting crazy on the court. Can't do that now. No one is regulating in the hood but ratchet mothers and their b*stards.
