But, "does HHH see it that way?", is the thing.

:troll:

"Long term booking...let it play out...anything can happen in 4 months"

We watch this show for 12 months and two or three things make sense booking wise and it's ":damn: lOnG tErM sToRyTeLlin"

I sat and watched Jey tell Roman, to his face, "WE EQUALS USO" only for Jey to go back to running around Raw and Smackdown running errands while Roman stayed off TV in the Island of Relevancy. :mjlol:

I'll admit, the PLE's are generally good when they throw us swerves.

75% of tonight was predictable and/or lame (the Women's Rumble was good in the middle chunk).

Ya'll beat ya'll chest because Jey getting ANOTHER title shot in a 365 day time frame. Relax.
so you scared to bet lol

Like it or not. Jey is closing the show. Jey has earned the right to main event Mania. The question is does creative believe in Gunther enough to close the show with him? Or do they go with the safe pick in Cody Rhodes?

Jey is not closing the 2nd night of Mania v.s. Gunther.

I'm callin' Jey and Gunther on the 1st night. But, Chuck might be asking for that Main Event spot.

Believe in Gunther? One of the best workers in the company? :mjlol:

The question should be, does creative believe in Jey Uso to have a good main-event World title match at Mania?

fukk no.

What's the definition of a good match? Fans just wanna yell yeet and feel the energy. Jey dont have to be Dean Malenko.... there's a reason Dean Malenko was never world champion

Thought the Rumble match was really well booked in the sense of order of entrants and the placing of eliminations. But the execution from the wrestlers inside the ring to make the match memorable was really lacking. Not sure if that was also on the booking or the guys just couldn't come up with sequences that were worth a damn.

Jey winning comes off as a big surprise from an outside perspective, even if I'm aware he's been an adjacent main event guy for like 4 years at this point and he's over as fukk with the crowd.

Good on La Nariz for giving him this W though, it's a good sign to the locker room that as star studded as the match was, the final price went to the guy that's been there every day, has gotten over and paid his dues.

Jerry Lawler created Kamala. Vince created Saba Simba, Akeem the African Dream, dropped the N bomb. Slick talked “jive” and ate chicken and watermelon and vignettes. Sapphire.

That’s disrespecting black wrestling.

nikkas getting mad on who wins and loses on a TV show that’s a work, is not.
Black people getting mad at how poorly black wrestlers are getting booked is understandable. You act like we can't be mad at both, and throwing on the cape for HHH who has done nothing for black people on the main roster was definitely a choice.:camby:
