It’s fake outrage to a T
online outrage in general is fake
an OG in the barbershop schooled me on that shyt years ago and changed my whole perspective on cancel culture in general. I forgot what the subject was, mighta been Dave Chappelle vs the trannies (or some Kanye slavery was a choice type nonsense) but homie said some shyt like “when you clock into work tomorrow, are you gonna be thinkin bout Dave Chappelle? What about when you eating dinner tonight? When you walkin ya dog, and making love to ya woman, you gon be upset about Dave Chappelle? No? it’s only when you on the computer ain’t it? So basically you only care in front of an audience”
Ain’t verbatim but that shyt still holds true til this day about damn near everything. Sometimes I even be speaking on certain shyt and catch myself like maaan I don’t care bout this, why am I even acting like I do lol.. I say that to say I ain’t gon pretend to be pressed over Brock Lesnar being back on the tv show. My life goes on whether he there or in Minnesota hunting mooses. shyt ain’t that important to me, but I was sports entertained for sure and I’m gonna continue to be whether he there or away fighting weird cases
