what the hell is Hemp milk?

'Hemp Milk'. It's hemp seeds blended with water to make a "milk". I'm vegan, so I don't drink cow milk. I make & use hemp, almond or cashew "milk" in all my smoothies.

And I also use hemp seeds. Complete protein that I add to most of my smoothies.
