That's why this "always believe the woman" narrative is bullshyt levels of dangerous. Need to be depending on evidence and other methods.

Imagine, one woman's word can lose a man 20+ years of his life. Don't even have to sleep with her, don't even have to be the same room.

She needs to go to jail.

I understand the thinking behind not really going after (prosecuting) false accusers even when possible - the fear being that they won't ever come forward with the truth at all - but this shyt has to change. These stories are always sickening because the men involved generally lose at least a decade of their lives and most times, several decades.

They are about to get paid, but let's see how New York works for them. Is that area of the country as understanding as some seem to think?

:wtf:But can they sue the state?... They can't just be looked up for 36 years and then the afterwards only get a "my bad" right?
Its new york so they will likely get a multi-million dollar settlement, they've been paying out huge for false convictions recently. Just the fact that they were charged despite the examining physician concluding no assault, sexual or physical, even took place, is insane.

Your dreams
Then at least name and shame her.

Some laws need to be reviewed. Have the statute of limitations for shyt like this case extended indefinately, hell even if the wrongfully accused have died she needs to be prosecuted.

She needs to spend not a second less than the time they were supposed to serve. Their sentences combined.

So it was her boyfriend who forced her to intentionally ruin innocent peoples lives?

Her and her boyfriends names should have been in the article since she was never a victim and her identity does not need protecting.

Too many stories like this. So many years stolen.

Look at how albinoids avoid these subjects... :lolbron::mjlol: It doesn't help their propaganda...

The majority of people who spends 10, 20 or more than 30 years in jail, for crimes they didn't commit, are black...

Black people are 12 times more likely to be wrongfully convicted, than whites...12 TIMES!!!!

Smh, the so called "shupirior" race, cannot compete on a even field...

When wrongful convictions affect blacks more than whites, can we call it a justice system?
