EPA used to be hella black back in the day. Now, EPA is mostly Mexicans with hardly any niccas left. EPA is also small as sh!t and easy to avoid. What about all the wealthy towns in the Bay Area? The Bay is one of the most expensive regions of the country. Mark Zuckerburg ain't mobbin. Ebay, Craigslist and Apple is not turfed out.

Every metro area has good and bad, rich and poor. For every Vallejo, there is an Atherton. For every EPA, there is a Danville. For every Oakland, there is a Marin County. Same thing with other areas of the country. Chicago ain't all Southside, there's the Northside too. DC ain't all SE/NE, there's all the rich a$$ crackas in NW too not to mention those gentrifying damn every corner of the District in 2013. The opposite of PG County in Maryland is Montgomery County. And all of PG ain't bad neither. PG is the richest black majority county in America. Just like Oakland ain't all bad.

Niccas need to quit this sh!t with thinking they live in a harder area of the country than someone else because they would be dead a$$ wrong.
