I also heard a few months back that now that Chicagoan can have open or concealed carry (I forgot which one) that murder rates have gone down, but I don't know.

Shootings in Chicago are actually at an all time high.. it's just that marksmanship has gone down and these people aren't hitting their targets.

I stayed in Johannesburg for a few months. Went everywhere from the trendy areas to rough areas people warn you not to go to. I'm talking rough areas in a city with one of the highest homicide rates in the world. I did not witness one single violent act or any crime at all being committed during my trip. How easily nikkas is fooled man. Chicago was never even the murder capital, there murder rate isn't even in the top ten. You wanna talk about high murder rates look at Camden, Fint Michigan, St. Louis, cities where you can walk over to the opps to do hits. You wonder why these kids would laugh at you if you talk about white supremacy? Because they've been succesfully victimized by it to the point that they don't even realize it's going on. Ask yourself why in a city of 30 million people only the black and latino neighborhoods get shot up. Why is there no trauma center on the south side so if you get wet up the nearest hospital is 45 minutes away? nikkas out here calling for segregation while chicago is already segregated.
