How easily nikkas is fooled man. Chicago was never even the murder capital, there murder rate isn't even in the top ten. You wanna talk about high murder rates look at Camden, Fint Michigan, St. Louis, cities where you can walk over to the opps to do hits.

I don't get it.

Black people are getting killed in disproportionate amounts in major cities and all these dudes can say is "it's not at as bad as the numbers suggest " and "but what about the murder rates in the other cities? "

There's nothing wrong with being sympathetic and blacks are always marching and holding meetings about how to stop the violence in Chicago, shyt just doesn't make the news.

But I do feel timing is everything. How is it we NEVER hear about Chicago violence unless some white "vigilante" or white cop kills blacks? Where's the sympathy when those things aren't going on? Now some white supremacist shot up a church and all of a sudden it's "What about Chicago?" That's what we get upset about, the timing not the topic. How y'all can't see this is beyond me.

I agree with this. but they were NEVER gonna let the projects stay up. them shyts were on too much valuable land. especially cabrini green. that shyt is in between old town and lincoln park. can't have that area full of rambunctious gang-bangers when you got houses a block away going for damn near $1M each.

And to end the false equivalency intraracial violence occurs in every group and is no way or shape or for akin to intraracial violence.

People will find any reason to somehow blame black people for their own tragedies.

And this is the problem right here. People want a reason to not care about a black person's life as if it doesn't have the same intrinsic value of a white person's life, an asian person's life, a hispanic person's life...etc. They should just be honest; they really want to say they deserve to die because they are black. And why oh why is black on black crime always the magnum opus of crime that racists, politicians, and other deflectors of social ails always go to whenever situations like the one in Charleston happen? Why is white on white crime never mentioned since the majority of crime committed against white people are committed by white people? Hispanics commit crime against each other in mass numbers too...so why aren't we hearing about Brown on Brown crime? Or indians? Or Asians?
