Stop playing dumb, or going for straw man tactics. It wasn’t a coincidence that they just happened to go to that particular space wearing those particular items.

Other white students were in there without incident. Those men, did this on purpose in order to disrespect minorities, especially blacks people. The girls shouldn’t have given them the attention, but this was deliberate.

It was a multicultural student space. These Hispanics, and Asians, aren’t collectively liberal when it comes to politics. Does multicultural exclude white dudes on the ASU campus? Are students prohibited from wearing BLM and fukk trump shirts on campus or around more conservative leaning students? If so, then those girls were correct in their frustrations.

that is my alma mater and it wasnt quite as polarized when i was a student. im sure we had a multicultural center when i was there but i never went to it and this was pre-trump so i dont think the average young cac was very activated. now, im sure all culturally sensitive school associations are subject to cac-trolling. i applaud the ladies for trying to prevent the space from being mocked.
